Shipping Info
How much is shipping?
Free Shipping on All orders over $100 - Australia Wide!
All other orders - Australia wide combined shipping rates-
- up to 250 grams $10.00 AUD
- up to 1kg $15.00 AUD
International Orders - Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Pricing varies and is subject to change.
Where do you ship to?
At this stage we only ship within Australia, however we will opening up to overseas markets in the future.
How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping time is anywhere from 2 to 8 business days, depending on location of the customer.
Can i buy them in person or pickup my order?
We do not allow 'order pickup' - but we do have a selection of our Art products available for purchase at Little Frankie's Tattoo Co. City location - Level 3, Dymocks Building, 428 George Street, Sydney.
Returns/exchanges
What is the refund / exchange policy?
We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which means you're entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving it, and we'll be happy to help resolve it.
Do you allow refunds for a change of mind?
No, sorry we do not offer refunds if you change your mind.

What payment methods do you take?
We accept all major credit cards via Shopify Payments. Shopify Payments supports Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. Additionally, Shopify Payments also integrates with digital wallets like Apple Pay and Afterpay.
